The Declan Killen website offers you an easy way to purchase gifts for yourself or your family and friends. In the case of Jewellery each piece comes in a presentation box and on request, we will happily gift-wrap or include a gift card for that special occasion. We aim to offer design, craftsmanship and customer service to meet your quality needs. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with us on-line.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
Payment
Declan Killen accepts most cards – MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Laser with secure payments through Stripe.
If you do not wish to place your order on-line then simply note the codes of the products you wish to purchase and e-mail, Fax or Phone us. We will prepare your order and on receipt of payment the goods will be sent to you. Goods will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Delivery
On receipt of payment your order will be dispatched within 5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the piece requested is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date.
UK & European residents should receive their order within 5 days if the order is received before 10am on the previous day. For the rest of the world, please allow up to two weeks. Declan Killen sends your goods by track and trace postal service (unless otherwise stated), which provides secure delivery worldwide. Your order receives priority handling and is insured, giving you peace of mind from the time you place your order.
Shipping Charges
We do NOT charge for shipping.
Important: Please state clearly if the order is being sent to a name and address other than the billing address of the person ordering, as this may delay processing. Please remember to provide the billing address on your credit card as your bank will require full information for payment authorisation.
If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days.
Track of your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email letting you know how you can track your delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy for Online Shoppers
At Declan Killen we operate an extensive Return of Goods Policy, to provide you with greater comfort and security whilst shopping with us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of despatch and are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs), an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original piece. In order to qualify for a refund the goods, must be returned undamaged, in their original box/packaging with the receipt. Goods should be returned to:

Please note: Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalised items are non-returnable.
All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Declan Killen do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
Tax free shopping
Tax free shopping is available to all non-EU residents. Declan Killen will deduct the VAT (Sales Tax Amount) at the appropriate rate (current Vat rates are 23% and 13.5%), on your shipping purchases. The amount of VAT is calculated when you enter your mailing address. EU residents are not entitled to a VAT refund on goods.
Please note that some one off and limited edition art and sculpture pieces on our website are not eligible for Tax free shopping.
Duties and Taxes
Pieces may be subject to Duty or other Taxes on importation in to your own country; Declan Killen are not responsible for any importation charges or government fees.
A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or ” Postage Due”.
